C. The exclusive Mills design locks facing metal sheets integrally
together around the entire perimeter of the panel. This double thickness
of interlocking steel is strengthened by bonding to a honeycomb core. The
result is superior panel integrity against moisture penetration and
racking.
D. Welded precision sheared corners eliminate raw exposed edges
and separate corner caps. Separate pieces and parts are always prime
targets for damage from excessive use or vandalism. Mills unitized
construction virtually eliminates this problem. The result is a seamless
clean panel line with longer lasting resistance to breakage and vandalism.

Introducing New Integral Interlock Panels
New Integral Interlock Panels (patent pending) are designed to prevent
liquid penetration. Mills unique new design eliminates the age old problem
of rust out. This new construction allows Mills to offer the only 15-year
warranty against panel rust out in the industry.
Unique New Panel Construction
Mills unique, new two-piece Integral Interlock panel design is
stronger than conventional six-piece crown molding and corner clip
construction. Facing sheets of panels, doors and fronts are integrally
locked together around the entire perimeter to provide superior structural
integrity. This new design is constructed to prevent water penetration and
is warranted against rust out for a full fifteen years. It also resists
wracking, weld failures or sheet separation and completely eliminates
crown molding and corner caps. That means less maintenance, less
replacement and less overall cost.
