M-Boss Inc metal panels are available in hundreds of embossed patterns in three substrates (Aluminum, solid copper and tin-plated steel) providing price and design flexibility to fit any budget. Aluminum is the preferred metal because of its superior performance: won’t rust, perfect for high humidity environments; lightweight for economical shipping and easier handling; requires only standard tin snips to cut and trim. All M-Boss Inc. patterns are available in 45 dazzling finishes. Products are shipped directly to job sites, promptly, correctly and completely. M-Boss Inc. panels are 2’ x 2’ and are easily installed by one person. Panels are available for nail-up (24-3/8” x 24-3/8” nominal size) and lay-in (23-7/8” x 23-7/8” nominal size) applications. Aluminum panels are: 0.016” thick and weigh 0.91 lbs. per panel. Copper panels are: 0.016” thick and weigh 3.01 lbs. per panel. Tin-plated steel panels are: 0.010” thick and weigh 1.7 lbs. per panel. Lay-in panels will drop into any standard commercial, 15/16” or 9/16” T-bar suspension grid, consisting of a pre-punched roll-formed steel with exposed flange surface. Main runners and cross runners shall be installed to form 2’ x 2’ square openings. The grid shall be hung flat and level by 12-guage pre-straightened steel wire @ 4’ O. C. It is recommended that installers wear cotton gloves (particularly with solid copper and tin-plated steel panels) in order to prevent depositing oils on the panels and to provide safety from sharp edges during installation.
Embossed metal cornice and moldings by M-Boss Inc. are a perfect complement to any decorative ceiling or are stunning when used alone. All cornice and molding is available in lengths that provide 48” in nominal coverage. Cornice is available in widths ranging from 2.5” to 7.0”. Moldings are available for chair rail, baseboard and toe kick applications ranging in width from 3” to 24”. Often, metal cornice and moldings are used to harmonize with room and/or cabinet hardware, or stainless steel appliances. When installing cornice and moldings, inside and outside corners are a snap with M-Boss Inc. factory-available trim corners. These corners eliminate the need to miter cut in the field, dramatically reducing installation time. Corners are available in three types: 1) pre-cut and mitered, 2) mitered and pre-assembled and, 3) as a decorative block. All pre-cut corners are available in a wide selection of styles, widths and finishes to match M-Boss Inc. cornice and moldings.

M-Boss Inc. medallions are easy to install and add simple elegance to the areas above chandeliers, ceiling fixtures or ceiling fans. Use the medallion by itself or as an accent to a complete tin ceiling. Styles range from simple circular patterns to extremely ornate designs, in sizes from 2’ x 2’ to 4’ x 4’, and in a variety of finishes. Medallions are available in pressed metal (including tin, aluminum or solid copper) as well as molded resin. And all M-Boss Inc. medallions are available in several application types including nail-up, lay-in and glue-up.

M-Boss Inc backsplash panels are specially sized (18” x 24”) for most backsplash areas and are available in 3-inch and 6-inch repeating patterns.
