Little Buildings, Inc., designs, manufactures, sells, and ships factory assembled, one-piece buildings. Built of welded galvanized steel they are extremely durable and can be easily relocated.

Little Buildings has over 30 years experience working with architects designing buildings to meet a multitude of needs. These include guardhouses, ticket, toll, and cashier booths, bus stops, smoking rooms, equipment and machinery enclosures and guarding, point-of-service kiosks, and restroom units. Our specialty is designing and building to order. We can modify one of our standard structures to blend in with your project, or work with you on a new design that is thought provoking and out of the ordinary. Choose from a myriad of options to complement the installation.

Sizes range from as small as 4’ x 6’ up to 11’ x 24’. Modules can be joined together to form larger structures. Standard features include solid, welded galvanized steel construction for years of dependable everyday commercial use.

Bullet-resisting models are in demand for high-security installations. Drug and utility companies often prefer a higher level of security, as do most government installations. Contact Little Buildings for a chart of protection levels.

This 5’ x 20’ ticket booth was custom designed in conjunction with an architect for a major New York university’s basketball stadium. It features heavy-duty roll-down galvanized steel shutters over the windows for off-season protection. The standing seam metal roof blends in with the university architecture. The design started with a standard unit and was modified to meet the customer’s requirements, which included pull-out stainless steel shelves inside and a handicap accessible cashier window.

Panorama^™ series building on site. Frameless and corner-less windows offer a Panoramic view from inside and a bold look outside. The optional tall canopy with reveal conceals the roof-top air conditioner. Slide-up window is available to allow a seated guard to converse with visitors or check identification cards without opening the door. Colors are as varied as the rainbow.

Based at the main entrance to a military site, this unit incorporates our standing seam metal roof with the optional “ready-to-brick” exterior. Brick is field applied to the building after final location, giving it a built-at-site look without all the hassle!

Round ends are eye catching and a departure from the normal look of a Little Building. Sizes range from 4’ x 8’ up to 8’ x 24’. We also offer a unique oval shaped building featuring no flat sides! Large fascia hides an optional roof mounted air conditioner.

Our Colonial series buildings feature the standing seam roof and recessed wall panels. The standard muntins on the windows helps the unit blend in with the main building. This unit sits just outside an NBA stadium in Wisconsin. Optional insulated glass and larger heater help keep the operators comfortable through harsh winters.

Located at a major Florida airport, this cashier booth features a built-in restroom that is A.D.D. compliant. Built to withstand 130 mile per hour winds, it meets or exceeds all Florida building codes. This unit is welded together, so there is virtually nothing to blow away! Insulated glass with a low “E” coating helps cut down the summer sun.
