Custom Skylight Systems

As your source for custom skylights, Linel designs and manufactures each project to meet your needs using one of our many framing systems. Here are a few of our most popular systems and their applications.

Linel is your source for aluminum panels, both plate and perforated varieties. Our rolling, welding and finishing capabilities mean that custom sizes, small quantities and custom colors are no problem.

Linel fabricates column covers using .125" thick aluminum plate. Covers are available in continuous lengths up to 12'-5". Spliced, stacked, and covers with reveals and accents are available to any desired length. Minimum radius for column covers is 7".

Brake Metal Fabrication

Linel produces the best trim and flashing components in the industry for our skylights. Let us fabricate and paint the brake metal for your project.

Custom fabrication of aluminum extrusion is at the core of our business. We shape, form and finish metal to meticulous standards in the production of gates, grilles, trellises, sunshades and laylites.

Waterjet cutting systems provide a unique blend of design and superior engineering developed to provide low cost processing and negligible product warpage. The process of waterjet cutting is very simple. Water is pressurized, and then forced through a small orifice in the cutting head. Inside a mixing tube, abrasive is mixed with the water, creating an abrasive waterjet stream. Through a combination of grinding and shear yielding of the material, a narrow section of material is removed all the way through the material.

Linel is a licensed applicator of PPG, Akzo Nobel, and Valspar finishes. Our line can handle extrusions up to 35 feet in length, as well as brake metal and irregularly-shaped pieces. We computer color match and deliver within 7 to 10 working days. In addition, we offer fill and de-bridge.
