Lunagy Design, Inc. is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV and was started in 2004 as a custom wood door supplier for both residential and commercial applications.
Originally a small, family owned and operated business, it has expanded to include a full range of services both for and to the design trade. The focus is on custom produced one-of-a kind architectural elements to enhance your living environment. Today we are an international company doing business in many countries.
Sayaka, a Japanese designer is President and co-owner of the company. Along with her husband Ian (background in chemical engineering and horticulture), they have built a legacy based on superior, personalized customer service where every detail matters. They treat every project as if it were their own, which suits their discriminating clients well.
Lunagy will either create a recommended design for you, or assist you to create your own. The three natural elements of wood, iron and stone are then custom produced in Lunagy factories to the exact specifications and under the guidance of Lunagy craftsmen.
The goal is a beautiful design that is practical, environmentally sound, and long-lasting. Many of the installations include signature pieces making artistic statements.
Specialty items include hand-painted tiles, hand carved wood, paper mache (washi paper in Japan), and four styles of wood that have been perfected for the harshest climate.
Lunagy from day one has committed to the betterment of our surroundings in addition to providing aesthetic appeal. Our products are developed to meet this standard, and as a corporation, we designate a percentage of profits to go back to Mother Earth via various charitable causes. Lunagy supports the efforts of Springs Preserve in Las Vegas, NV, an educational institution dedicated to preserving the environment, a forerunner in this field.
The name Lunagy is a derivative of moon and energy. It represents the coming together of the sun and the moon, the yin and yang, the female and male energy. This is felt and evidenced in all the Lunagy designs and creations, creating a balanced environment where people enjoy being. Like having part of nature in your home.
All the wood used is farm raised and all the iron and steel products are from recycled stock. Even the stone tiles are created to use less of the natural resources while providing a more stable product.
Lunagy not only creates the designs, but also produces the architectural elements in our own factories around the world. Our artisans can forge steel, carve stone, or paint murals. Each creation is new and unique, answering the tastes of the end-user. Each creation provides an upgraded living environment for its owner.
