DIVISION 10: FIRE PROTECTION EQUIPMENT; FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND CABINETS

Our complete range of fire extinguishers and cabinets mean that virtually every requirement for portable fire protection can be met. JL offers the widest variety of fire equipment cabinets in the industry. We have cabinets available in steel, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze and brass in a wide variety of different door styles and a full line of fire extinguishers.  JL’s line of FIRE-FX^™ fire-rated cabinets offer you products that are tested and compliant with current codes for membrane penetration fire stops, and are labeled for one-hour combustible and two-hour non-combustible fire barrier wall systems.

DIVISION 10: EMERGENCY AID SPECIALTIES; DEFIBRILLATORS AND CABINETS

JL has brought its expertise to this growing area of emergency aid. JL features a full line of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze and brass AED cabinets with installations in sites such as the Mall of America and the Hawaii International Airport. Cabinets are available to fit any AED on the market and can incorporate popular options such as audio alarms and emergency oxygen. Our ability to customize cabinets to your application allows you to make your emergency aid stations unique and functional. JL has recently introduced a new, decorative free-standing AED cabinet that fits all AED's currently available. The cabinet is ideal for upscale applications. It arrives preassembled and does not require any wall space for installation. The durable and unique, attractive design makes this unit a fit for any public space.

DIVISION 8: METAL ACCESS PANELS AND FLOOR DOORS

From a standard metal access panel to an insulated model designed for exterior use, JL can meet the full range of opening needs for your project. Our wall and ceiling fire-rated FD Series meet most fire barrier wall and ceiling system requirements. From drywall or masonry to plaster or ceiling tile, from 8" x 8" to 48" x 48" and any custom size in between, J.L. has a model to cover your opening. JL Industries’ aluminum and galvanized floor doors are available in angle frame, gutter frame, and recessed door configurations in the sizes to fit your specifications.

DIVISION 7: ROOF SPECIALTIES; SMOKE VENT AND ROOF HATCHES

Our lines of roof hatches provide heavy-duty, reliable roof access in steel or aluminum in 10 standard sizes, with custom sizes available. Double leaf metal or domed acrylic smoke vents with UL listed fusible links are available with UL listing or FM approval to meet building code requirements.

DIVISION 12: ENTRANCE FLOOR MATS AND GRATINGS

These high quality floor coverings not only add elegance to the entryway of any building but also reduce maintenance and cleaning costs by keeping dirt isolated. We offer carpet, vinyl, serrated aluminum, aluminum abrasive, vinyl-abrasive, tuff tread, and premium carpet tread materials in a variety of colors. Aluminum finishes are available in standard mill finish or a variety of anodized aluminum finishes. All floor mats and gratings are custom manufactured to the specific size and design required for each individual building.

DIVISION 21: FIRE SUPPRESSION; HOSE RACKS, VALVE AND HOSE CABINETS

JL has a full range of cabinets for Fire Hoses, Fire Department Valves and Fire Blankets. Cabinets are available in steel, aluminum and stainless steel, plus decorative brass and bronze for upscale applications. Combinations of hose/extinguisher, fire department valve/Fire hoses, rack assemblies and hose equipment cabinets round out the selection.
