Designed for use in multi-family housing to satisfy acoustical ratings and fire codes. With excellent STC and IIC ratings as well as 86 UL listings, FIRM-FILL Gypsum Concrete is the choice for quality and dependability.
Used over wood subfloors, FIRM-FILL 2010 stiffens the subfloor eliminating squeaks and nail pops. Specially formulated for maximum strength providing compressive strengths up to 2500psi.
FIRM-FILL 3310 offers an innovative formulation that decreases the amount of water used while enhancing the rock-solid floor strength, up to 3300 psi. FIRM-FILL 3310 helps maximize sound control and creates a flat, durable surface for finished floor coverings.
The economical solution to correct concrete problems. Installed commercial buildings, shopping malls and institutional projects, FIRM-FILL High Strength resurfaces any cracked or damaged concrete to better than new. Installed from featheredge to 3-1/2 inches in thickness, it provides compressive strengths from 2500 to over 3500psi.
Designed for thin capping concrete in new construction or over damaged concrete in renovation projects. With compressive strengths from 3500 to 5500psi, FIRM-FILL 4010 will provide concrete floors with new life and exceptional surface hardness.
Intended for use in multi-family, commercial and institutional buildings with light-gauge steel framing and a corrugated steel deck, FIRM-FILL CMD is a lightweight, high-strength gypsum concrete floor underlayment. Installed at 1" above the top of the flutes (1-9/16" total), FIRM-FILL CMD reduces dead loads, which can significantly lower costs. Minimum 3500 psi.
An efficient thermal mass that evenly distributes heat throughout the subfloor without hot spots, shrinkage cracks or air bubbles. Provides a warm, smooth, durable surface for the installation of finished floor coverings.
Hacker Sound Mat II is a 100% recycled rubber sound control mat that can be applied under FIRM-FILL® Gypsum Concrete, FIRM-FILL® 2010, FIRM-FILL® 3310, FIRM-FILL® High Strength, FIRM-FILL CMD or GYP-SPAN® Radiant to produce an exceptional vibration isolation floor system. With numerous approvals on a wide variety of floor/ceiling assemblies, Hacker Sound Mat II helps provide a quieter environment and meets demanding project specifications.

Hacker Industries, Inc. warrants Hacker Floor Underlayments to be free from manufacturing defects, and when properly prepared and installed according to approved specified methods, Hacker Floor Underlayments will attain minimum physical specifications as stated by Hacker Industries, Inc.'s most current literature. Hacker Industries, Inc. does not install Hacker Floor Underlayments and cannot be held responsible for the results of the application. Hacker Industries, Inc.'s obligation shall be limited to the replacement of the bagged product only and is subject to notice and inspection requirements. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other obligations or liabilities.
