Through the years, Haas Door Company has produced wood, fiberglass, and aluminum framed sectional doors. Currently, the company is focusing its efforts towards the production of foamed-in-place polyurethane filled steel sectional doors, commercial steel sectional doors and aluminum full view sectional doors and systems of unsurpassed quality and workmanship. The product variations available offer the architect, contractor and installer a wide range of flexibility when specifying a door system. The range of thicknesses, widths and heights, surface treatments, colors and options allows you to tailor the product to each specific application. Haas foamed-in-place polyurethane insulated sectional doors (THERMAPRO™, HAAS-THERM™ and MISER-THERM™) combine the strength of steel construction with the energy efficiency of a polyurethane foam core. The roll formed inner and outer steel or aluminum skins with full thermal breaks are pressure injected with polyurethane foam to provide a unitized structure designed to provide years of trouble free service. Section joints are tongue and groove. Section surfaces are available with a multitude of surface treatments, providing flexibility when specifying. All sections filled with foam injected polyurethane provide R values from 13.45 to 25.8. Sections are available in 1-3/8, 1-3/4 and 3 thicknesses.
Available section heights are 18, 21 and 24, and are used in combinations to provide a range of door heights in 3 increments, starting at 6-0 in height. Section widths are available in 1 increments starting at 4-0 in width. Exterior and interior faces are hot dipped galvanized steel or aluminum and prefinished using a urethane primer and a polyester finish coat. Sections are available in white, almond, bronze, brown, gray, hunter green and sandstone. (Interior face color is white only.)
Bottom sections have a flexible vinyl bottom astragal as standard. CHT-850, CHT-832, CHT-816, CHT-750, CHT-732, CHT-716, CMT-632 and CMT-616 have 16-gauge steel end stiles and a full length top header seal as standard. All sections have a full thermal break at the perimeter of the section between the interior and exterior faces to prevent thermal transmittance. Full vertical steel back-up plates are provided to ensure solid attachment points for all hardware. All doors are built to meet or exceed windload standards established by ANSI/DASMA publication 102-2003.
Haas Commercial Steel Sectional Doors provide an economical yet durable solution for many overhead sectional door applications. The roll formed steel sections have a semi-flush configuration that creates a pleasing horizontal-line effect that combined with the vertical reinforcing, C-shaped stiles create a rigid construction for years of trouble free service. Sections are available as non-insulated or with 1-5/8 polystyrene insulation. An optional steel liner panel is available to provide a solid inner panel. Section joints are tongue and groove. Insulated sections have a R value of 7.45. Section thickness is 2.

Haas Commercial Aluminum Sectional Doors are strong, handsome and durable and the No. 1 choice of commercial and industrial architects. These doors are ideal for firehouses, car washes and auto service centers and dealerships, service stations and tire stores. Sections are assembled using 0.065 minimum aluminum alloy, tubular type extrusions with through bolt construction. Sections are made of bottom rails, top rails, end stiles and center stiles. Stile placement and quantities can be varied to provide a custom panel (glazing) sizes to meet specific design requirements. Sections are 1-3/4 thick. Sections from 12 to 30 are available. All Aluminum is clear anodized as standard. Color anodizing and special paint finishes are optional. Panels for solid sections are 0.040 smooth or stucco embossed aluminum with optional insulation. A variety of glazing materials are available to match specific design requirements.
