Our technical service group provides support on the front end. We want our people on the job for all "first time jobs" with any contractor and any system. The Quality Board meets regularly to resolve any complaints, investigate problems, understand their causes and take action to prevent them from occurring a second time. All incoming raw materials are compared to certificates analysis. Finished goods are checked for their physical properties, as well as any application problem.
