Founded in 1932, Chase Doors is the world's largest and most progressive manufacturer of double-acting impact traffic doors. Through the years, Chase has evolved their manufacturing processes to become more efficient and consistent. CNC routers and punch presses for cutting and drilling wood, metal and plastics, conveyor systems for faster throughput, a metal component powder coating line, several multi rotationally molded machines, and a flexible PVC extruding line was added. These and other automated processes allow Chase to provide door to door consistencies and cost savings that are passed onto our customers. The longevity and reliability of our products is assured by continuous, rigorous testing on our custom designed door impact testing system.

Today, with over 200 employees and two vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, Chase has earned a reputation for high quality products that are reliable, durable, at the best prices, and the shortest available delivery times. All of our websites are designed with the Architect, Designer, Contractor, Facilities Managers, and End User in mind. Chase’s content enhance website provides quick access to a wide variety of downloadable product data, specifications, drawings, installation instructions and user manuals. The tutorial section is designed to help educate new customers on items such as, how to choose the right door or how to measure an opening. The "Capabilities" menu allows the customer to get more familiar with Chase Doors. Included in this section are a series of brief descriptions of the research and development process, high volume custom manufacturing expertise, our unique roto-molding and PVC extruding technologies, as well as our rigorous testing procedures that ensure Chase Doors can meet the challenges of real life situations.
