Product Overview

• For over forty years, B.I.G. has manufactured ready to use fully finished and wired booths in standard styles with multiple variations.
   
• SIZES: The typical B.I.G. order ranges from 3' x 3' to 12' x 20'. Parking shelters average 4' x 6' to 6' x 8'. Security shelters run 5' x 9' to 10' x 20'. B.I.G. has the capability of building booths up to 500 sq. ft. in modular units.
   
• INSTALLATION: These units are so simple to install that anyone can do it. With our National Dealer Network, we can provide referrals to handle installation.
   
• TECHNICAL/CODES: All units are manufactured to comply with U.B.C. and N.E.C. We are U.L. Listed and have been accepted under most major area building codes.
   
• Govt. Cage Code: OW252 B.I.G. has state approval and fabricating licenses in many states that require licensing of pre-assembled building manufacturers. Members of: CPPA, ASIS, IMPC, NAP, ECOSA, NFPA.
   
• A.D.A. COMPLIANT: Over 10 years of disabled access experience. B.I.G. is constantly monitoring all requirements for assisting disabled persons and updating our booth designs for specific function as well as beauty.
   
• EXTERIOR USAGE: All units are constructed for exterior usage (inside units may be safely relocated outside).
   
• WIND LOAD: Units are built up to 150 mph wind load or specify your requirements. B.I.G. booths have withstood 220 mph super typhoon winds without any damage.
   
• FLAME/SMOKE: Steel is non-combustible. Standard units are rated class A, and exceed flame/smoke test of 25/50 respectively.
   
• WARRANTY: All B.I.G. products carry a written warranty. Products by other manufacturers are covered by their respective warranties. (Copies are available.)
   
• DRAWINGS: Detailed drawings of standard designs available on request. Working sketches of concepts to meet your needs are a phone call away. We have our own CAD system.
   
• DELIVERY: Upon request of customer.
   
• MAINTENANCE: Unit requires normal housekeeping and periodic washing of exterior. All units ship with recommended maintenance instructions and component part numbers for damage repair.

BALLISTIC RESISTANT CONSTRUCTION:

B.I.G. offers the highest level of Bullet and Bomb/Blast Resistance in the Industry, and is the first to obtain a Blast Resistant Certification on their manufacturing technique. B.I.G.'s Ballistic Resistant booth materials have been tested by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), H.P. White and/or Underwriters Laboratory (UL). Our ready-to-use booths can be built from Level 1 up to NATO Level 8 or higher.

Available on one or more sides, transaction drawers, transaction trays, gun ports, locks, interior and exterior intercom, hardening of floors and hatches, hardening of air conditioners and other options. Protected light/cooling system.

FLOOR:
Aluminum safety tread plate, steel safety tread plate, adjustable leveling feet, Armstrong vinyl, "Safety Tread Crosswalk" flooring, indoor/outdoor carpeting, flooring of your choice, forklift pockets.

ROOF:
Simulated Spanish tile mansard roof (FRP), translucent panels, vaulted, dome, standing seam, hip mansard, gables, stepped fascia styling, rounded fascia corners, rounded fascia profiles, high profile (equipment screens).

DOORS:
Steel swing doors, automatic closer, inside/outside slider, handicap, roll-up, Dutch, full length glass, bi-fold, articulating, transaction window in any door.

GLAZING:
Laminated polycarbonates, mirror, acrylics, dual pane (to specifications), handicap type windows, acoustic, wire glass, security screen, solar reflective.

CEILING TREATMENT:
Acoustic tiles, grid systems, backlighted panels, firred systems, carpet, steel.

LIGHTING: (INTERIOR)
Dimmers, grid suspended, fluorescent, recessed, track, solar lighting (photovoltaic).

LIGHTING: (EXTERIOR)
Halogen, quartz, spot (dual/single), control lights, stop-and-go signals, down lights, fluorescent, recessed, weatherproof, vandal resistant, back lighted sign and message boards, intruder detection system.

HVAC:
Wall mounted heat pump, wall-aesthetic treatments, roof mount (R.V. Type), high output heaters, combination systems, baseboard heaters, ventilators, passive/powered, louvers, thermostat control, exhaust vents (OSHA), ceiling vent fans.

CABINETS AND DRAWERS:
Stainless steel, wood, custom commercial cabinet (to your design).

CASH DRAWERS:
Currency transfer, floor safe, wall mounted safe, drop safe, Class B safes or to specification.

RESTROOM FACILITIES:
Lavatory, frame only, complete systems, self-contained systems, commercial wall mount systems, handicap requirements.

CUSTOM FINISHES:
Brick, stucco, architectural exterior stone panels, stainless steel, multi-color treatments, preparation for on-site finish.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Pad eyes for crane lifting, elevated platforms, roof drainage, down spouts and gutters, scuppers (standard), insulation to specifications up to R-36, wall carpeting (impact resistant), alarms (security), extended engineering loads for roof and floor up to 200# per sq. foot, three phase load center, electric panels to specification, quick disconnect: electrical or phone, transformers, equipment shelters, electrically operated rolling shutters.
