Air Louvers has been an industry leader in manufacturing door louvers and vision lites for the hollow metal and wood door industries for over 30 years. Our products include such options as UL and Warnock Hersey (ITS) approval for fire-rated applications, fire-listed and safety rated glazing, detention and security grade options, and multiple finish coatings for a wide variety of applications. All components of lites and louvers are manufactured using state-of-the-art roll forming, mitering and welding equipment and finished with a baked-on primecoat.  We also offer custom-design and manufacturing of door lites and louvers for your specialty applications.

Glazing:  Air Louvers carries an extensive line of fire-rated, safety-rated and non-rated glazing with the IBC ratings you need to meet your job specifications.  From Category II-rated wire glass to 90 minute heat barrier products, lead-lined glass to bullet-proof polycarbonate, we have the glazing best suited for your opening.

Door Lites: Our line of vision lites features square, rectangular, round, oval and half circle frames with other custom frame shapes available. Security models, utilizing glass up to 1-1/2" thick are also available. Our exclusive VLF-EZ design makes lites easier to install by using fewer fasteners and eliminating the need for glazing tape. The Slimline  series is a thin profile door lite that is available in many configurations including round, miniblind and hurricane-rated.   The result is a cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing appearance, and reduced installation time.

Door Louvers: Our door louvers line features a wide variety of sizes and blade configurations to meet needs for fire-rated, non-vision, adjustability and mounting specifications. Door louvers are available in steel, electro-galvanized and aluminum materials.
