You might be surprised by what can be transported by an Aerocom pneumatic tube
system. Tubing diameters range from 4 inches to 12 inches. This allows the transfer
items over 11 inches in diameter, and up to almost 20 inches in length. Materials
weighing nearly sixty pounds can transported at speeds of up to 30 feet per
second.
Maximum distance? With systems in the field that exceed 12 miles in total tube
length, we still don’t know. So, light or very heavy; large or small,
