Blindside Waterproofing

Epro Services, Inc.’s innovative design for blindside waterproofing utilizes a uniquely designed drainage composite and spray applied waterproofing membrane that is applied to the backside of the drainage composite. The concrete or Shotcrete placed directly onto the waterproofing membrane and drainage forming a laminated system where the drainage composite and waterproofing membrane are permanently bonded to the concrete or Shotcrete.

System III Lagging Wall Composites
An effective laminated design system

Ecoline Waterproofing Membrane
            Ecoline-S Spray Applied Membrane
Ecodrain Drainage Composite
Ecodrain-E High Density Polyethylene Drainage Mat

Features & Benefits

  • Excellent Structural Integrity – The complete filling of the drainage composite’s dimples eliminates compressive strength concerns.
  • Cost Effective – The material costs and installation speed makes this a high value, quality, and performance solution.
  • Complete Positive-side Drainage – The installation of the drainage composite to the total soil surface provides optimum hydrostatic water protection.
  • Seamless and Without Voids – The laminated design ensures the drainage composite, membrane and specially placed concrete are monolithically bonded together as one unit.
  • Exceptional for Specially Placed Concrete Application – The irregular surface formed by the drainage composite and the adhesive qualities of the membrane makes the building and bonding of concrete very effective.

Types of installation:

  • Lagging Walls
  • Shotcrete and soil nails
  • Soil nails and earth
  • Sheet piling
