ECONO-SPAN SCREENS
Econo-span screen system, economically priced and easy to install, is available in three styles for concealing roof-top equipment. The Horizontal styles, with a choice of 22° or 45° pitched louvers snap firmly to vertical stringers. The Picket style features vertical louvers which snap firmly to horizontal supports.
Specifications For Flat Picket Econo-Span Screens
The Flat Picket Econo-span screen system is also economically priced and installs with ease. This system allows the slats to be installed in either a vertical or horizontal configuration.
MATERIALS: All stringers are made of extruded aluminum, alloy 6061-T6, .040" thickness, which are electrostatically painted in either a white or dark bronze color. All slats shall be aluminum alloy 3005-H26 or equivalent with a medium low-gloss polyester roller-coated baked enamel paint finish.
All slats are available in our ten standard colors as shown on page 8. Call us for special colors, gloss variations and paint finishes.
The Flat Picket screens may be attached to steel, aluminum, masonry or wooden framework with aluminum or stainless steel fasteners.
SHIPPING: These screens are shipped unassembled and weigh only 1-1/2 pounds per square foot, crated.
As an option, superstructures may be furnished and shipped with screens.
The Flat Picket style is an attractive alternative to the ISLANDER screens and Pitched Louvered Econo-span screens.
