The Wagner Companies is proud to introduce waterjet machining services to its manufacturing operation. The waterjet uses a 60,000 PSI stream of water and abrasive grit to cut, shape, drill and finish any 2D design in sheet material.

Your design is executed with computer controlled precision. The CNC tolerances are accurate up to .010 of an inch. The waterjet can cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics, rubber and other exotic metals. It has the capability of cutting materials up to 4" thick. There is minimal edge distortion and no thermal damage or warping.

The machine is very quick to set up and program. Most parts only require minimal fixturing. The waterjet is able to machine virtually any 2D shape and there is almost no heat generation. This is a very cost effective method to satisfy your cutting needs.
