WAGNERAIL^™

Wagnerail^™ is an all aluminum level or ramp railing system cast of aluminum slip-on fittings for 1-1/2" schedule 40 aluminum pipe. They are a heavy cast aluminum fittings with a tumbled finish used with aluminum pipe – the strength of welding railing in a mechanical no-weld system.

Wagnerail^™ is a simple, slip-together, mechanical railing system requiring no welding for fabrication. Concealed set screws securely lock rails and fittings where required. This high-strength, yet lightweight, mechanical system meets all accepted engineering practices and complies with OSHA regulation when properly specified and assembled.

All pipe components and accessories are available for fabrication and installation by qualified local contractors of your choice. Wagnerail^™ will be furnished to meet the specifications of your working drawings for precision alignment and embedment on the level or on the rake as installed by your contractor. Wagnerail^™ may be assembled using a screw to be drilled and tapped into the fitting or 2-part epoxy.

Ball style railing fittings were very popular during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Over the years, they have gone out of use but are still commonly seen along the ocean and in older facilities. In recent years Wagner has received requests for these parts as many municipalities are restoring some of these existing installations or for new construction in historic renovations.
