Ornamental Hollow Balls and Hemispheres
Wagner’s hollow metal balls and hemispheres have a wide range of applications for the designer and fabricator. They have an ample wall thickness for welding, screwing or tapping. Steel balls are 11 gauge and aluminum, stainless and brass balls have a 1/8" wall thickness.

Hollow spheres, hemispheres and solid balls are available in aluminum, brass, bronze, steel and stainless steel. Pleas note that these items are produced for ornamental applications and are not recommended for mechanical applications that have a precise dimension requirement.

Decorative hollow balls and hemispheres are stocked in the sizes below. Custom sizes can be furnished. Finished thickness varies from .125 to .083 inches depending upon the diameter and material.

Standard finish is mill with the weld seam ground flush. They can be furnished in specific finishes, however Wagner will not take any responsibility for customer grinding or finishing that causes distortion, cracking or exposed welds.

Call for availability and polishing prices. Muntz metal is available on special request. Please note we do not recommend bright polishing the aluminum balls due to the porosity of the material.

Note: Hollow balls have a drilled alignment hole. 1-1/2" to 6" diameter have a 3/16" hole while 8" to 12" diameter have a 5/16" hole

Holes in the ends are required for manufacturing and may be plugged later.
