BRASS AND STAINLESS STEEL TUBE RAILING

Brass and stainless steel tube can be used in a variety of locations. They are quite popular in restaurants, taverns, sports bars, hotels, retail areas, as well as residential and commercial applications.

They are available in 1½” or 2” diameters and our stock of railing components and fittings enables you to produce an attractive railing for any application. Railing components and fittings are available in a traditional “ball joint” or stylish flush joints.

The railings are easy to assemble and all connections utilize structural adhesive or mechanical fasteners. Ball fittings are pre-drilled and self-tapping screws are supplied with the components. Items are supplied with a bright polished finish. Posts are also available as fully assembled, welded units.

The brass fittings are cast to match alloy C27000 yellow brass tubing. Stainless steel fitting are cast to match type 304 stainless steel tubing. . The stainless steel fittings are available in a #4 satin finish or a #7 polished finish. The flush style fittings are designed to be used with .050” wall tubing and may be assembled using adhesive or brazed/welded to the tubing.

For custom bending and pre-fabricated assemblies, contact Wagner directly. Most components are available from stock. Pre-fabricated posts and special finishes may require extended lead-times.

Even though the standard material – when properly installed – is very sturdy, these railings systems are designed to be ornamental in nature. Steel reinforcing inserts may be required, depending on your specific application.
