Reach your destination faster.

Destination Dispatch enhances the efficiency of any elevator system with a revolutionary technology that focuses on passeger destination. Destination Dispatch allows passengers to travel to their destination faster and more conveniently.

Destination Dispatch takes into account each passenger's desired destination and dispatches the car that will provide the fastest trip time. Instead of pressing traditional "up" and "down" buttons to call an elevator, passengers use a touch screen or keypad to tell the system where they want to go before they enter the elevator. Knowing this information in advance, the control system is able to assign elevators to passengers with common destinations. The assigned elevator will then transport passengers to their desired floor in the most efficient manner by making the fewest possible stops. Touch screens or keypads can be housed in stand-alone columns or mounted in your custom cabinets to match the building's decor. ThyssenKrupp offers state-of-the-art touch screens with graphics and instructions that are easy to understand.

If your building only has high-traffic conditions on a few floors, then Destination Dispatch can be applied in a Complete configuration, where touch screens and or keypads are located only in high-traffic areas. The remaining floors will have traditional "up" and "down" push buttons. This Select configuration is a highly cost-effective means of providing this enhanced service to high-traffic floors.

Universal Products

Your work area will always be safe with ThyssenKrupp's Car Top Rail Kit, which meets ASME A17.1-2000 code requirements. Our kit is available in two sizes, easily adapting to most car configurations with expansion kits available for larger cars.

ThyssenKrupp Elevator's Door Restrictor Clutch Kit keeps passengers safe by locking doors when the elevator car is outside the unlocking zone (18" above and below the landing.) This device prevents passengers from attempting to escape from a car that has stopped between landings.

Designed for modernization applications, ThyssenKrupp Elevator's HD-LM Door Operator is the answer to improving your elevator door operation. The built-in versatility of this multi-voltage door operator, along with discrete and serial interfaces, makes it ideal for all conversations.

Firefighter's Service returns elevators to designated landings, prevents normal operation and allows only special operation by firefighters or other authorized emergency personnel.

The Americas with Disabilities Act is a law guaranteeing comprehensive civil rights to people with disabilities. The legislation requires "places of public accommodation," "commercial facilities," and "transportation facilities" be designed so as to be readily accessible to and usable by people with disabilities.

To make your building accessible under this legislation, you may be required to make some modifications to your elevators. Our ADA evaluation lets you know if your elevators comply with the Americas with Disabilities Act guidelines. A ThyssenKrupp Elevator representative would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the evaluation. If you are not in compliance, we can readily suggest the appropiate actions that are available to you.
