Terra manufactures modular clean rooms in four versatile styles, each of which can be configured to meet a host of industry-specific requirements. All feature a rigid steel framework, creating completely freestanding structures that require no ceiling supports or external bracing.

  1. Hardwall Plastic Panels — acrylic, static-dissipative PVC, polycarbonate or polypropylene panels mounted on powder-coated steel frames.
  1. BioSafe™ All-Steel Panels – double-wall powder-coated or stainless steel panels create smooth, each-clean interiors.
  1. Softwall Plastic Panels – anti-static vinyl curtains or parting strip shields create an economical enclosure.
  1. Powder Containment Room – CleanZone™ filtration modules create particle-free working spaces that draw hazardous chemical powders away from operators.

Most room styles can be equipped as cleanrooms, with cleanliness ratings to ISO 3 (Class 10) or as ventilation rooms. Terra offers certification services to meet specific environmental conditions. Installation services are also available worldwide.
