100, 110 and 120 Series - Surface Mounted High Impact Corner Guards

PROTECTION from the roughest TREATMENT

High impact Corner Guards protect exposed and vulnerable corners from the roughest treatment. High impact Corner Guards are furnished with .080 inch thick vinyl covers that are mounted on .080 inches thick aluminum retainers. End Caps are molded from .100 inch thick ABS. UL approved.

• Offers protection from damage and wear at corners from carts, beds, wheelchairs or hand held items carelessly brushed against the corners.
• Available in the 100 series, with 2” x 2” wings and 90 degree corners, 110 series with 3”x 3” wings and 90 degree corners and 120 series with 3” x 3” wings and 135 degree corners. Impact resisting PVC cover has an attractive textured finish that protects the corners from gouges, scratches and scuffs.
• Installs easily by snapping the vinyl cover over the aluminum retainer.
• For maximum impact resistance in the 110 and 120 series, a firmly held PVC impact is inserted in the aluminum retainer. The absorber runs the entire length of the corner, increasing strength and preventing damage to the corner.
• Corner guards are provided in 4 and 8 foot lengths.
• ABS end caps, in matching textured finish, create a consistent and finished look at either end of the corner guard.

Where used
Tepromark High Impact Corner Guards are installed at corners that would be damaged by moving objects that result in gouges, scratches and scuffs.

100-01 - Aluminum Retainer 2” x 2” x 90 degrees - Profiled aluminum extrusion over which the vinyl cover is mounted. Standard length is 8 feet Also available in four foot length.

110-01 - Aluminum Retainer 3” x 3” x 90 degrees - Profiled aluminum extrusion over which the vinyl cover is mounted. Standard length is 8 feet. Also availabe in four foot length.

120-01 - Aluminum Retainer 3” x 3” x 135 degrees -Profiled aluminum extrusion over which the vinyl cover is mounted standard length is 8 feet. Also availabe in four foot length.

100-02 - Impact absorber - extruded PVC profile designed to mount in an aluminum retainer, standard length 4ft and 8 ft. Use only on the 110 and 120 parts.

100-03 - Vinyl cover - 2”x 2” x 90 degrees - extruded textured PVC profile designed to mount over an aluminum retainer.

110-3 - Vinyl cover 3” x 3” x 90 degrees - extruded textured PVC profile designed to mount over an aluminum retainer.

120-3 - Vinyl cover 3” x 3” x 135 degrees - extruded textured PVC profile designed to mount over an aluminum retainer.

100-04 - End cap 2” x 2” x 90 degrees - molded textured ABS.

110-04 - End cap 3" x 3" x 90 degrees - molded textured ABS.

120-04 - End cap 3" x 3" x 135 degrees - molded textured ABS.

Ordering Information
Any quantity will be shipped in “Quick Ship” program colors. Other colors in the standards palette for less than 1000 feet there will be a set up charge. Any color will be matched with an order of 2500 feet or more. There will be a surcharge for orders less than 2500 feet.
