Designed For Life, Built to Last The high performance of our flush doors is made possible by advanced design features such as mitered corners, full-width tie rods, locked-in-place face sheets, and poured-in-place, 5 pounds per cubic foot urethane foam that bonds the door components into a single, integral unit. This gives our doors just the right balance of flexibility, rigidity, impact and corrosion resistance for longer life. It also gives our flush doors excellent thermal insulating properties.
