The high performance of our flush doors is made possible by advanced design features such as mitered corners, full-width tie rods, locked-in-place face sheets, and poured-in-place, 5 pounds per cubic foot urethane foam that bonds the door components into a single, integral unit.  This gives our doors just the right balance of flexibility, rigidity, impact and corrosion resistance for longer life.  It also gives our flush doors excellent thermal insulating properties.

Simplify Your Life

We can supply doors with hardware already installed, either by Special-Lite or by others, or just prep for field installation.  When we install the hardware, the installation is warranted not to come loose for 10 years.
