Designer Series Commercial Gutter Systems

Introduced in 1990, the Designer Series pre-engineered gutter system provides you with the most advanced gutter system available today. They have been installed on universities, schools, municipalities, financial institutions, churches, stately homes and modified for historic replications throughout the United States.

Today, with several thousand installations, these popular gutter systems have been time tested without failure. Designed to withstand heavy snow and ice conditions, these commercial gutters feature four sculptured fascia profiles, a concealed gutter liner, heavy duty support brackets and straps. In addition, these commercial gutters also feature internal drains that eliminate exposed downspouts.

ROMAN PROFILE

Our Roman Profile is the most popular of the Designer Series Commercial Gutters. Its sculptured shape replicates cornice detail from the Classical Orders.

COLONIAL PROFILE

Our Colonial Profile is also a very popular Designer Series Commercial Gutter. Its sculptured shape and overall profile is smaller than our Roman Profile making it ideal for roof eaves with small fascias.

CONTEMPORARY PROFILE

Our Contemporary Profiles' trimmed shape offers a smooth, clean, and modern roof edge. This profile is commonly used in new construction of office buildings, retail shops, schools, and medical facilities.

Designer Series Commercial Gutters with Extruded Mouldings

Designer Series Extruded Gutters are available in twelve profile configurations;

• Series 100 – 6 profile configurations

Series 100 features a simple crown moulding, series 200 features a more detailed crown moulding. There are 6 different assemblies ranging from a basic gutter & cornice, to a more intricate and large cornice, for each series.

Extrusions provide precise joints, exceptionally crisp lines, with much greater detail. Extruded mouldings are uniquely designed to inter-lock with a water resistant and securely locked seam.

Concealed Drainage

Designer Series Formed or Extruded Gutters are available with concealed internal drains. Concealed drains provide an attractive and efficient alternative to exposed downspouts. Concealed drainage is particularly effective on clock & bell towers, steeples, and high profile projects where exposed downspouts would be unattractive.

CAST DRAINS; Cast iron bowls, cast flashing clamps, cast or brass leaf grates, and a 204-R1 clear anodized aluminum receiver. This type drain is assembled in the field and is available with 2, 3 or 4" threaded outlets.

WELDED ALUMINUM DRAINS; New for 2011, fully welded aluminum units with a 204-R1 clear anodized finish. All assembly occurs at the factory with exception of its simple snap in leaf grate. Available with a 4" outlet nipple. Default style for our Extruded Gutters.
