Industrial Series Gutters

INDUSTRIAL SERIES COMMERCIAL GUTTER SYSTEMS

Since their introduction in 1980, these rugged pre-engineered gutters have enjoyed an unblemished record for their performance and durability. Their extra large capacity make them ideal for use on shopping malls, strip centers, military installations and manufacturing facilities.

Heavy duty gutter sections are formed with precision on a computerized press. The ends of the gutter sections are the exact metal thickness smaller from one end to another allowing a telescoping lap joint. The beaded edge is factory notched 1" to accommodate joining. Joints are sealed and riveted at 2" centers. Elastomeric expansion joints are provided at 40' centers. Thickness of aluminum gutter sections range from 0.040" - 0.090" and should be specified according to size and climatic conditions. Other materials include copper and stainless steel.

Heavy duty support brackets are a signature of SAF Perimeter Systems Industrial Series. These brackets are formed from .125" aluminum to perfectly nest with the gutter's profile. Spaced at 30" centers, these brackets alternate with the interior strap for optimal strength. One of the most important features of the Industrial Series is our ability to finish these brackets to match the gutter sections. The type of finish is always identical for all parts.

Internal Straps are installed at 30" centers, alternating with their sister support brackets. These straps are manufactured from heavy .125" aluminum and are fastened to the rear of the gutter with rivets. The front of the bracket is designed to interlock with the gutter's beaded edge.
