- Typical stock length and width: 4’x8’, 4’x10’
- Must be flattened style, not regular expanded metal.
- Available to specific size, shape, and/or fabrication.
- Standard tolerance: Mill (for stock material), + or – 1/8” CTS, or according to specifics.
- Also available: Expanded metal grating.
- Fabrication: Expanded metal can be sheared, welded, flame cut, torch cut, laser or water-jet cut, plasma cut, countersunk, drilled and punched for complete versatility both in the shop and field.
- Retrofitting: The simplest way of retrofitting existing grating is by tack-welding this product directly over the area.
