Uniflex® Elastomeric MB Base Coat is formulated using a 100% Acrylic Polymer specially designed for use as a base coat for modified bitumen and asphaltic surfaces, providing outstanding adhesion prior to installing Uniflex® Elastomeric Roof Coating. Formulated to resist cracking and peeling, Uniflex® Elastomeric MB Base Coat provides excellent waterproofing capabilities.
Recommended Uses:
- Uniflex® Elastomeric MB Base Coat will provide a highly elastic, weatherproofing barrier over smooth BUR, modified bitumen, granular cap sheets and other approved surfaces

- Tensile Strength 90 psi
- 1000 Hrs. Accelerated Weathering No Cracking or Checking Permeance
