The Sloan ETF-529 Optishield™ Lavatory Protective Enclosure is
designed for use with any Sloan OPTIMA faucet and fits all ADA-conforming
20" (508 mm) x 18" (457 mm) wall-hung lavatories. ADA-compliant
design protects wheelchair users from scalding temperatures and sharp
surfaces, aesthetically conceals all lavatory components (plumbing,
electrical and mechanical), and prevents tampering. High-impact,
UV-protected, stain- and chemical-resistant, molded vinyl material (69 -
Shore A Durometer) is rigid (0.125"/3.2 mm nominal wall thickness),
virtually indestructible, and meets the UL-94 V-O flammability rating.
Surface can be painted with acrylic enamel or left as china white. Fine
haircell finish will not fade or discolor. One-size-fits-all configuration
takes minutes to install using the supplied screw fasteners and wall
anchors. Single-piece configuration may be removed for maintenance and
quickly reinstalled.
The ETF-529 complies with ADA article 4.19.4, California P 1504B, ANSI
A117.1, BOCA P 1203.4, and other state and local regulations.
