Rmax's Durasheath®-3 Thermal Insulation Board is suitable for use in walls, in new and retrofit commercial, residential, agricultural and industrial buildings. It's ideal for stud or cavity wall installations on either the exterior or interior wall surface and for working on the flat. Durasheath-3 Thermal Insulation Board must be covered by an approved thermal barrier when used on the interior face of a wall.

Product Description
Durasheath-3 Thermal Insulation Board is a rigid foam plastic thermal wall insulation board composed of polyisocyanurate foam bonded to polymer filled glass fiber mat facers on each side. It utilizes an HCFC free blowing agent.
Applications – New and Retrofit
This sheathing insulation is suitable for use in wall applications in new residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial buildings and in thermal retrofit construction within existing buildings. It is designed to be covered with siding materials of wood, wood-based products, hardboard, aluminum or vinyl sidings, brick or stucco. Durasheath-3 is Energy Star® qualified.

Durasheath-3 Thermal Insulation Board meets the requirements as a nonstructural insulative sheathing board by the International Building Code (ICC), Section 2603.
