Rite-Hite Hydraulic Dock Levelers

Rite-Hite hydraulic dock levelers provide the ultimate in dock leveler safety and performance. The advanced hydraulic system includes a velocity fuse safety stop system that provides full-time, automatic free-fall protection and full range leveler float. System is low pressure with inverted main cylinder for maximum reliability.

The Safe-T-Lip Dock Leveler offers an automatically positioned 7” high integral steel barrier to help prevent forklift falls from the edge of an open loading dock. The exclusive design allows for the lip to be easily positioned out of the way for unobstructed endloading at dock level and below.

Additional features include:
True Automatic Recycle – Leveler automatically returns to safe dock level position after use with lip in the trailer. No manual selector switch is required.

Infinite Control – Allows operator to extend lip or stop platform and lip any time during leveler travel.

Safe-T-Strut maintenance support system – Unique, through-the-lip design keeps strut in place even when leveler is raised to its highest position or is impacted by a forklift. System provides lockout capability.

Electrical – Totally enclosed, non-ventilated motor is rated at 208/240 or 440/480v, 60 Hz, 3 phase, 1 Hp. All operator controls are mounted in a gasketed, NEMA 12 enclosure. All electrical components, connections and wiring are UL listed or recognized.
