ControlHoist™ Standard Garage Door Operators
For medium- to higher-cycle applications, choose the belt-drive ControlHoist™ STANDARD operator, ideal for standard- to larger-size sectional and rolling doors.
All ControlHoist STANDARD Jackshaft and Trolley Operators feature:
- A continuous-duty, overload protected motor
- High starting torque motor to get doors moving
- Available in 1/3, 1/2 or 3/4 horsepower for 115/230 volt single phase and 208-230/460 volt three phase
- Heavy-duty 5L V-Belt
- Auxiliary connections for a variety of controls and reversing devices
Jackshaft models also feature:
- An optional, electrical interlocked manual chain hoist
- Factory gear-matched to keep door speed within recommended limits
Jackshaft Operators
Jackshaft operators are usually mounted to the wall either alongside or above a rolling or sectional door. Used primarily for rolling doors, Jackshaft operators are also used for sectional doors with vertical lift and lift clearance track.
Trolley Operators
Trolley operators are mounted overhead and suspended from a ceiling. Used exclusively for sectional doors, trolley operators are suitable in both normal and low headroom applications.
