The Protech head office is situated in Montreal, with a secondary Canadian production site in Toronto. Protech's American plant is situated in Parsippany, New Jersey, thirty minutes west of New York City. In addition to its North American production sites, Protech has a manufacturing facility in Belgium, operating under the Oxyplast Banner, which is integral in maximizing the company’s European presence and distribution network.

Protech manufactures a large variety of powder coatings in all basic chemical systems: epoxies, hybrids, urethanes, polyesters and acrylics. While a long list of powders for general consumption is kept in stock, much of Protech's production is geared toward custom formulations--each developed and tailored for a particular customer or application.
The Protech Manufacturing Network currently employs over 1500 powder coatings professionals. A full 20% of this work force is involved in technical services; either in research and development, quality control, or application support. One of Protech's strengths is its commitment to the development of new coating products and innovative applications. Protech's quality control department assures that existing and fresh products maintain a high and consistent level of performance.
