Protean Construction Products, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Minnesota on September 01, 1989. Protean was established to engage in the manufacturing and installation of architectural metal wall panels. The principal laminated products were 1" and 2" insulated and honeycomb exterior wall panels and sunscreens. The principal aluminum plate products were 1" and 2" thick exterior wall panels, curtainwall panels, and column covers.

Over the years Protean has focused primarily on the manufacturing of metal wall panels, sunscreens and column covers. Protean has also expanded our product line to include fabricated Aluminum Composite Materials (ACM) as well as extruded sunscreens. Protean has been involved in several high profile private and public projects including corporations, hospitals, airports, universities, government buildings, and sporting arenas.

Protean has developed a full service staff including sales, technical support, drafting, product engineering, project management, and production to insure proper material selection and design, quality fabrication and prompt delivery.

Protean Construction Products Inc. is a single source panel manufacturer which offers a wide variety of customer services to assist in the successful design and installation of our wall panel systems. From design through installation we have a staff qualified to answer any of your questions or offer technical support. Our sales and estimating department is available to offer technical support, assistance in product selection, product samples, budget pricing, material take offs, and project specific quotations.

Protean's project management team will oversee the submittal process and production of your project. During the submittal process shop drawings are prepared, color selection samples are obtained and product data is assembled for approvals. During this process our engineering department will identify and resolve any discrepancies or design issues to insure proper panel fabrication and installation. Throughout the submittal and production process there are several quality control check points to insure quality and accuracy are not over looked.

Following fabrication, management will coordinate material deliveries and provide all necessary close out documents which include record set shop drawings, installation instructions, care and maintenance manuals and required warranties.
