The Super Simplex is Precision's commercial-grade aluminum folding stairway. It is the most structurally superior product of its kind on the market today. Its primary use is for attic access, but when used in conjunction with a Precision roof hatch it can be used for access to a rooftop. Compare these features to the competition:

The Super Simplex is the only stairway available with a frame complete with built-in treads custom fabricated to your exact distance from ceiling to floor above thereby accommodating dropped ceilings. Precision Ladders also offers an optional aluminum guard rail system (Model AGRS) with self-closing gate that will satisfy requirements of pertinent codes covering protection of floor openings.

For secure access to rooftop equipment, Precision offers a package unit consisting of a folding stairway, a custom frame to fit distance from ceiling to roof deck and a custom roof hatch factory-mounted to the top of the Super Simplex frame. This entire unit can then be dropped in from above, secured and flashed in for safe, comfortable roof access. Once again, to complete the package from floor to roof deck, the Precision AGRS is available to protect workers against a fall through the roof opening.
