MILNOR LAUNDRY SYSTEMS – Dryers, Extraction Systems

Small dryers
Milnor has a range of smaller dryers from 30-pound capacities to nearly 190 pounds. These units are perfect teammates for Milnor washer-extractors. These highly-productive units have a minimal footprint, conserving valuable laundry floorspace.

Large dryers
Milnor’s line of large dryers are ideally designed for high-volume laundry systems. They can be loaded automatically by a shuttle conveyor and unloaded automatically. These dryers can save on labor and are more fuel efficient than competitive models.

Single-stage press
The single-stage press from Milnor can effectively process 100% polyester, blends and all-cotton effectively. Its compact design requires less space and the press can be ordered for various batch washing installation arrangements to fit your laundry’s size and shape.

Two-stage press
Microprocessor operated for ease of programming and control. This two-stage membrane press can keep up with high volume batch washing systems. Consistent controls exert specific pressure for a variety of goods.

Centrifugal extractor
For smaller batch washing systems, a centrifugal extractor is usually best due to its versatility and because cycle times are longer. These units are also ideal for handling barrier fabric, 100% polyester napery or walk-off mats.
