CBW® Batch Washing Systems
Milnor batch washing systems are capable of processing 800-5200 pounds an hour. Adaptable to a variety of new or existing layouts, these modular systems use less water than conventional washers and provide superior workflow.

High performance laundering
Milnor batch washers out-produce other tunnel systems because of superior dilution. Top transfer of goods removes laundered items from previous bath and transfers them to the cleaner bath. Top transfer – along with solid partitions between modules – keeps all baths independent.

Savings through efficiency
Batch, or tunnel, washers have built-in water reuse – no need for costly ancillary systems. That also means less fuel to heat the water as well as less sewer use. These systems are also tailor-made for automation, but even less automated systems can reduce labor requirements, compared to using several washer-extractors.

Better workflow
With batch washers, a steady stream of manageable batches will exit the system every few minutes. Loading and unloading take only seconds, allowing an operator to handle other duties.
