RapidSlat™ 621 Series Service Door
The RapidSlat® Series 621 Stormtite™ Door is best suited to situations and applications with weather extremes. For example, agricultural facilities in the Midwest would benefit from the door’s rugged construction and weather sealed jambs.

Operation
Direct drive hypoid gear motor/brake assembly (20” per sec up speed / 12” per sec down speed); drive assembly and limit sensors are factory pre-assembled; manual crank for power outage
Door Roll
Direct driven, springless roll with integrated shafts; self aligning greasable sealed bearings; door does not require counterbalance device
Control Panel
Variable frequency drive controller with self diagnostics (time delay self close timer and non-resettable cycle counter included); two line LCD readout, enclosure NEMA 4X rated
Hood
24 gauge galvanized steel primed, black painted; interior hood baffle included
Brackets
Min. ¼” hot rolled primed, black painted steel
Safety Devices
Photoelectric sensors; 2-wire black/yellow striped electric fail-safe sensing edge; automatic stop-lock brake
