Nystrom recessed floor doors or floor hatches are intended for infill of either
1/8” tile or carpet. They are constructed of aluminum or steel, with lift
springs and a slam latch for easy use. The FT series is perfect for high visibility
areas where access through the floor is necessary, while leaving the door virtually
hidden. *All floor doors and floor hatches come with a limited five-year warranty.

| Hinge: |
Stainless steel butt hinge |
| Spring: |
Stainless steel compression springs enclosed in tubes, which counterbalance
the door to require no more than 10-30 lbs. of opening force. |
| Latch: |
Stainless steel slam latch with inside lever handle and outside removable
key handle. |
| Finish: |
Mill finish aluminum. Frames provided with epoxy paint finish at areas that
contact concrete. |
| Hold Open Arm: |
Stainless steel handle that automatically locks the door at 90 degrees when
opened. Handle can be released with one hand for easy operation. |
