NISSEN "ROTA-SERVER"

Communication And Safe Package Delivery From Enclosed Area To Public Area!

The "Rota-Server" design provides a safe means of communication and package delivery from an enclosed area to a public area. The attractive "Rota-Server" is a modular design for installation between mullions. the large 14-1/4" x 16-3/4" window with speak hole provides excellent visibility and communication to the outside. Packages are placed into the "Rota-Server" from the inside then rotated to a positive stop for delivery to the outside. The "Rota-Server" is completely closed in either position. A positive slide action lock prevents the "Rota-Sever" drum from being turned from the outside.

FEATURES:
• CONSTRUCTION: "Rota-Server" frame and glass channels are type 6063-T5 heavy aluminum extrusions.
• GLASS: The standard window is 1/4" clear plate, tempered glass.
• SEALING: The "Rota-Server" is effectively sealed with snug fitting rubber seals at the top and bottom of the rotation drum. A unique wool pile with plastic baffle provides a dirt and draft seal on the sides.
• FINISH: Anodized 204R-1 clear alumilite with stainless steel drum or 204R-1 anodic hard coat bronze with aluminum drum. Specify finish with order.

NOTE: The "Nissen Rota-Server" can be fabricated with 1-1/4" bullet resistant plexiglass on special order.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove top and bottom retaining bars and gaskets.
2. Remove the two retaining screws from the cross bar.
3. Tip drum away from glass, remove cross bar and lift drum out.
4. Place frame in position between mullions.
5. Drill through the bottom of frame channel for mounting screws. (Front channel in bottom section, rear channel in upper section.)
6. Install screws through frame to secure it to the mullions.
7. To replace drum, place lower drum bearings into recess in bottom channel, then tip drum up into position and secure with the cross bar and two retaining screws.
8. Replace upper and lower gaskets and retaining bars.
9. Install dress molding in open channel around glass.
