These heavy duty hinges are made from heavy malleable iron with two axes which permit opening the door 90 degrees in each direction. They are designed for use on high frequency and heavy wood or metal trucking doorways in post offices, warehouses, and other buildings where heavy traffic is experienced. These hinges are particularly useful in preventing door oscillations in extreme and variable draft conditions. Available in prime or powder coat finish.

These springs are the most economical and simplified method for closing doors. The coil springs are made of high grade steel wire, and tension is adjustable. No special tool is required to apply tension. Springs and screws are furnished in black powder coat (D4) finish.

Pivot style fully mortised, semi-concealed hinges constructed of investment cast steel, with two thrust bearings for vertical loads, and roller bearings for lateral support. For standard 2" (51) frame.
UL listed (USA and Canada) for use on both hollow metal or steel covered composite fire doors rated up to three hours, and wood core type fire doors rated 20 minutes. Meets material and performance requirements of NFPA 80 and ANSI 156.1.
