Mapecem® 100
Fast-Setting, Premixed Topping Mortar
Mapecem100 is a pre-blended, fast-setting, cement-based mortar. No curing is required (use protection in adverse climatic conditions [heat, wind, etc.]). Mapecem100 is used for the treatment of concrete defects, filling honeycombs, voids and cavities and for construction or repairs of new and existing concrete slabs. Used when floating or monolithic toppings are required. When properly used, Mapecem100 has residual moisture content less than 2.5% within 24 hours. Mixed with water, Mapecem100 produces a mortar that is easy to apply on horizontal surfaces in thicknesses from 3/8" to 4" (9 – 100 mm) for a bonded system, and 1-3/8" to 4" (35 – 100 mm) for a non-bonded system. Mapecem100 can be pumped with the addition of Planicrete® PM (see data sheet for details). Mapecem100 can be opened to traffic within 3 – 4 hours.

Mapecem® 101
Abrasion-Resistant, Fast-Setting, Premixed Topping Mortar
Mapecem101 is a pre-blended, high-strength cement-based mortar that is self-curing, fast setting and non-shrinking. Mapecem101 is specifically designed for heavy industrial manufacturing floor repair, loading docks, warehouse floors and other applications where severe wear and abrasion resistance is required. Use Mapecem101 for renovation of concrete structures such as tunnels, bridges, overpasses, industrial floors, warehouse floors, factory floors and loading docks; on new and existing concrete slabs; and for the construction and repair of monolithic toppings where fast drying is required. When properly mixed, Mapecem101 has residual moisture content less than 2.5% within 24 hours. Mixed with water, Mapecem101 produces an easy to apply mortar on horizontal surfaces, from 1/16" – 1" (1,5 – 25 mm) maximum per coat. Mapecem101achieves an impressive 5500 psi (37,93 MPa) at 28 days.

Mapecem® 102
High-Strength, Fast-Setting, Premixed Topping Mortar
Mapecem 102 is a pre-blended, fast-setting, cement-based topping mortar that is self-curing, high-strength and non-shrinking. Mapecem 102 is used for renovation of horizontal concrete structures such as galleries, tunnels, bridges, overpasses, factory floors, warehouse floors and loading docks; on new and existing concrete slabs; and for the construction of floating or monolithic toppings where fast-drying is required to allow traffic within 3 – 4 hours. Mapecem 102 achieves an impressive 3000 psi (20,69 MPa) in 4 hours and 5000 psi (34,48 MPa) in 24 hours. When properly used, Mapecem 102 has a residual moisture content less than 2.5% within 24 hours. Mixed with water, Mapecem 102 produces a mortar that is easy to apply on horizontal surfaces, in thicknesses of 1/4" – 2" (6 – 51 mm) maximum per placement. For filling deeper spaces, a washed aggregate (surface saturated dry) of 3/8" (9 mm) can be added up to 20% by weight of Mapecem 102.

Mapecem® 202
Two-Component, Fast-Setting, Premixed Topping Mortar
Mapecem 202 is a two-component, cement-based topping mortar, which is self-curing, shrinkage-free, abrasion-resistant, high-strength and fast setting. Mapecem 202 is used for: the renovation of horizontal concrete structures such as galleries, tunnels, bridges, overpasses, factory floors, warehouse floors and loading docks; on new and existing concrete slabs; and for the construction of floating or monolithic toppings where fast-drying is required to allow traffic within 3 – 4 hours. Mapecem 202 achieves an impressive 6700 psi (46,2 MPa) in 28 days. When properly mixed, Mapecem 202 Part A and Part B have a residual moisture content of less than 2.5% within 24 hours. Once mixed, the two components produce a topping mortar that is easy to apply on horizontal surfaces in thicknesses of 1/4" – 2" (6 – 51 mm) maximum per placement. For filling deeper spaces (up to 8" [20 cm]), a washed aggregate (surface saturated dry) of 3/8" (9 mm) maximum, must be added, up to 20% by weight, of Mapecem 202. Mapecem 202 is ideal for very heavy industrial applications that include manufacturing floors, loading docks and tipping floors for smelting metals.
