Construction Grouts

Planigrout™ 740
Very Fluid Cement-Based Precision Grout
Planigrout 740 is a high-strength, non-shrink, non-bleeding, precision, cementitious grout that requires only the addition of water to produce plastic to very fluid consistencies, without segregation. Planigrout 740 is used under machine base plates where severe side thrust or impact resistance is required, and under stretcher beds, presses and other heavy machinery requiring absolute support. Planigrout 740 can be used in a dry pack, flowable or very fluid consistency and is perfect for filling hard to reach spaces. Planigrout 740 is totally free of shrinkage throughout the plastic hardening phases and ensures high compressive and flexural strengths without bleeding to the surface.

Planigrout™ 750
Cement-Based Construction Grout
Planigrout 750 is a high-strength, non-shrink cementitious grout that provides high compressive and flexural strengths for industrial and or construction grouting purposes. Planigrout 750 is used for machine base plates, anchoring, grouting tilt-wall construction, grouting light standards and heavy machinery requiring absolute support.

Planigrout™ 780
Epoxy-Based Construction Grout
Planigrout 780 is a flowable, 100% solids, solvent-free, VOC compliant, non-shrink epoxy grout for use under machine base plates where severe side thrust or impact resistance is required, and under stretcher beds, presses and other heavy machinery requiring absolute support. Planigrout 780 has very good resistance to oils, mild acids, sewage and other chemicals (refer to the Planigrout 780 Technical Datasheet for specific performance characteristics).
