METROBRICK® by Ironrock is architectural thin brick designed for use in pre-cast, tilt-up, and field applied thin brick applications. METROBRICK® is a thin, fired clay unit providing the appearance of conventional brick masonry. METROBRICK® offers the aesthetic of full brick with the benefits of a thin brick.

METROBRICK® can be set in the field using traditional tile setting and grouting methods, used in concrete forms, and used in various types of panel systems. It can be used for both commercial and residential applications. METROBRICK® meets and exceeds al Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute Standards for thinbrick.

METROBRICK® is 5/8-in. thick and is available in a number of standard sizes and shapes. METROBRICK® is available in a wide variety of through-the-body earth tones. Choose from single tone units, range colors, blends, ironspot, and textures. METROBRICK® is designed to tolerances that are a higher standard than TBX grade tolerances to insure a proper fit into any form liner system. (+0 to -1/16-in.)

Whether seeking to increase the building's floor area, utilize environmentally friendly materials, increase the building's R-Value, save cost, or reduce the overall project schedule; a thin brick wall system using METROBRICK® may be the best option.

METROBRICK® shall be of standard grade quality and shall exceed all of the requirements of ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) C-1088-01a, the standard specifications for thin veneer brick units made from clay or shale.

METROBRICK® will exceed ASTM C-1088-01a (Type TBX Select) requirements for exterior grade.

METROBRICK® will exceed the applicable ANSI (American National Standards Institute) requirements.

METROBRICK® thin brick uses 80% less raw material than full facing brick.

METROBRICK® is a member of the USGBC.
