Having established Capitol Wood Works Company in 1929, the visionary founder, Ray H. Neisewander, Sr., soon discovered opportunities to expand his milling business into the flourishing building materials industry.

First came the successful development of the Raynor Garage Door Company in 1942. Later, the need for an easy-to-move wall partition was met by turning a garage door on its side. Thus was born the KWIK-WALL Company in 1961.
