Presto Lock™ Coping System
The Presto Lock™ Coping System is a cost-effective snap-on coping system designed for use with single ply, built-up and modified bitumen roofing systems. The system consists of stainless steel anchor clips and aluminum or galvanized coping covers in a variety of thicknesses and colors.
Presto Lock™ Fascia System
The Presto Lock™ Fascia System is an economical snap-on fascia system designed for use with single ply, built-up and modified bitumen roofing systems. The fascia system consists of a galvanized base piece (Water Dam and Cover Plate) of either galvanized or aluminum. Concealed cover plates complete the system.
Presto-Tite™ Fascia System (For Bituminous Systems)
Presto-Tite is a high performance edge treatment for all your modified bitumen and BUR roof projects. It provides maximum protection against wind uplift damage.
Presto-Tite edge for bituminous roof systems allows for vertical face attachment without penetrating the horizontal flange. This "nonpenetrating" design eliminates the need to strip-in the deck flange, thus eliminating potential delamination between the asphalt and metal deck flange due to thermal expansion and contraction forces.
Presto-Tite™ Fascia System (For Single Ply Systems)
Presto-Tite™ Fascia provides single-ply roof systems with maximum protection against wind uplift damage. Presto-Tite achieves pull-out resistance in excess of 540 lbs./lineal foot (7,881 Newtons/meter) (SPRI Test Method RE-1) utilizing an extruded aluminum anchor bar and snap-on fascia cover. Fast, effortless installation eliminates "stripping-in" typical of many other roof edge designs. Factory Mutual "Approved" certification insures exceeding industry standards for long-term, worry-free performance.
Presto Stop™ Gravel Stop
Presto Stop™ is a factory-fabricated metal edge system used to terminate the roof at the perimeter of a structure.
Presto Stop can be used with built-up, modified bitumen and single ply roofing systems. Presto Stop is an economical solution for many conditions such as continuous edge drainage with or without a gutter condition. Consultation with local building codes and overall roofing performance requirements should be considered before using this product.
