The Beachrings System -- A Proven Performer for Equal Access to Beaches

Since 1986, the patented Beachrings System has provided access over sand surfaces to all individuals, including the disabled. The new Beachrings² System is manufactured using injection molding for precise size, color, porosity, lighter weight, and lower cost. Rings, ribs, and solid sheet confine sand and prevent it from shifting away under the weight of people, wheelchairs, etc. Sand provides support; a strong plastic surface, which conforms to the ground, provides durability and traction. Our rolls provide a boardwalk wide enough for one or two wheelchairs or a platform for special events.

Strength and Flexibility Mean Longer Wear
Beachrings² has the most important qualities you want in an access system--high wear resistance, flexibility in cold temperatures, longer lasting color, and light weight.

Comfortable, Reliable Traction for People and Vehicles
Beachrings² provides an attractive, comfortable, and slip resistant surface for people walking barefoot, in shoes (even high heels!), assisted by walkers or crutches, and for vehicles, including wheelchairs, strollers, bicycles, motorcycles, and automobiles (emergency and law enforcement). Beachrings²'s standard bright Colorado Sky Blue color makes your access path visible and inviting to users. Pewter Grey and Cashew Brown colors are also available.

Maintenance is Quick and Simple
There's no extra equipment required to keep your Beachrings² system clean. Simply sweep them--manually or tractor mount--while in place. Mild detergent and water applied to most spills and stains will make them disappear. Water from cleaning or rainfall drains away through holes in the surface.

Protect Fragile Environments
Fragile environments, such as sand dunes, can be protected by using Beachrings² to provide controlled access from the parking areas to the shoreline, thus encouraging users to stay off sensitive vegetated slopes.
