Overall Product
Presentation:
K-13®
K-13 spray-on insulation provides
designers with the most flexible solution available in meeting thermal,
acoustical, lighting and aesthetic requirements. The K-13 spray-on systems
can be installed on roof and floor decks for a wide range of commercial
and industrial applications, in both new construction and renovation projects.
Monolithic K-13 coating eliminates
voids, gaps and compressions that occur with preformed insulations, offering
superior long-term performance. Its patented adhesive bonds to nearly all
substrates, including glass, urethane, styrofoam, wood, metal and concrete.
This system can be installed in thicknesses
of 3/4" to over 5" (19 - 127 mm) and achieves R-values from 3 to over 19
(.5 to over 3.5 m²-K/W), providing excellent thermal performance,
even in uninsulated buildings. In addition, K-13 features superior acoustical
control that reduces high noise levels and reverberations and clarifies
public address systems.
SonaSpray "fc"®
SonaSpray "fc" achieves enhanced
lighting and meets acoustical objectives for ceilings while producing unmatched
visual effects. A spray applied acoustical texture, SonaSpray "fc" is suitable
for new construction and renovation projects. The combination of exceptional
acoustical performance and aesthetic appeal makes SonaSpray "fc" ideal
for applications such as libraries, museums, schools, hotels and historic
renovation projects.
SonaSpray "fc" features a high performance
adhesive that is compatible with nearly any substrate - gypsum board, plaster,
wood, metal and concrete. It can be spray applied to virtually all configurations,
including barrel vaults, concrete tees, corrugated decks, pan constructions
and other complex surfaces.
The durable, resilient bond of SonaSpray
"fc" results in superior abrasion and impact resistance. SonaSpray "fc"
Dura-K can be specified for applications requiring even greater resistance
because it provides greater bond strength without sacrificing acoustical
performance.
SonaSpray "fc" is available in standard
colors of White or Arctic White. Custom colors are available, and designer
selected colors can be matched.
Celbar®
Spray-On Systems
Celbar spray-on insulation is the
ideal solution for providing unmatched sound transmission control and thermal
efficiency in wall and floor/ceiling cavity applications. The spray-on
system seals cracks, voids and holes in the wallboard around plumbing and
electrical outlets, providing a monolithic coating that eliminates compressed
areas. In addition, Celbar is accepted for use in 1-hour fire rated wall
assemblies.
Celbar is manufactured of specially
prepared cellulose fibers and treated with adhesive and fire retardant
chemicals, allowing the wall to maintain its integrity. Celbar can be pneumatically
spray applied to nearly any metal or wood stud assembly, in a variety of
applications, including single and multi-family residences, hotels, shopping
malls, theaters, office buildings and restaurants.
