Because every job is different, it’s imperative to combine the right products with the right installation methods to deliver the best possible flooring installation solution. The HENRY® Technical Services Team is comprised of technicians with expertise on virtually any type of flooring installation.

We train 3,000 + professionals annually at the ARDEX / HENRY Technical Training Center and hundreds more in the field and at distributor locations.

By providing a variety of valuable resources to flooring professionals, HENRY Technical Services and Support is unmatched in the industry. HENRY makes it easy for architects to create a specification for the exact flooring need or for contractors to get the correct technical information.

For information, assistance and jobsite support, you can contact the HENRY Technical Services Department from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday EST. The HENRY Technical Services Team provides substrate preparation guidelines, product specifications and installation recommendations based on decades of experience. Technical recommendations can be provided in writing when required for all types of subfloor and flooring installation environments. Technical data sheets and MSDS sheets are available for all HENRY products on The W.W. Henry Company website on the individual product pages.
