Masonry Wall Moisture Control and Weep Systems

No. 365 Trash Mortar Diverter: The Trash Mortar Diverter creates a trash mortar collector and acts as a moisture and air flow control system. It stops and collects trash mortar and holds it away from the face brick and the back-up walls. The V-Shape funnels moisture toward the center of the cavity, away from the back side of the face brick and the face of the back-up wall, then downward through three rows of holes to a weep system.

No. 366 Cavity Vent Weep System: For Brick Veneer. The Cavity Vent Weep System creates many openings at the lowest point of the cavity or core of the wall, continuously along the wall.
 
 
 
No. 367 Core/Cavity Vent Weep System: For CMU. The Core/Cavity Vent Weep System creates many openings at the lowest point of the core and cavity of the wall, continuously along the wall.

No. 330 Plastic Weephole: 3/8" dia. (9.5 mm) clear plastic tube [1/4" (6.3 mm) i.d.] clear plastic tube, 4" (102 mm) long or cut to specified length.
 

No. 85 Cell Vent: In stall in the bottom vertical mortar joint of a brick wall. Cell Vents consist of many small adjacent passageways. The cellular composition provides easy drainage for moisture along the full height of the head joint.
